Tovah and Laurie, Seattle, WA
Tovah and Laurie met in massage school. The first day of class sparks flew when Tovah saw Laurie and she knew immediately she wanted to know her. Laurie knew she had found her soulmate when Tovah commented on her Belle and Sebastian T-shirt! Through a mutual love of music, movies, travel, dessert and afternoon naps,(and each other), Tovah and Laurie soon found themselves at EE Robbins picking out their engagement rings.
Pam at the Belltown store immediately made them feel comfortable and welcome and they appreciated that she stayed within their price range. Tovah had eyes for sparkly diamonds and though Laurie was skeptical of having any diamonds at all, they managed to find matching rings that fit both of their personalities perfectly.
Once the rings were picked out, it was time for the fun part- the proposal! Laurie arranged the proposal and enlisted the help of the EE Robbins Proposer. After coming home after her Sunday run, Tovah walked in to find rose petals and clues written on notecards instructing Tovah where to go to be picked up by the proposer. 45 minutes later the proposer picked Tovah up in a ’59 Cadillac Limo and took her to Laurie. They then spent the weekend at a B & B in Cannon Beach.
Laurie and Tovah had their Commitment Ceremony October 17th, 2009. They are finally taking their long awaited honeymoon to Ecuador this December. For their 2nd anniversary, Laurie surprised Tovah with an anniversary ring, purchased once again from EE Robbins. Now Tovah has all the bling she will ever need!
